As we breathe... Session 3 kindness

This session of the “As we breathe…” series looks at kindness. Kindness is recognized as one of the core characteristics of Jewish theology and ethics. One of the favorite pictures of this word is, “to incline oneself towards.” We will learn that kindness is does not seek to protect one’s self, is directly linked to a heart of gratitude, is linked to forgiveness and a tender heart, is to be given even to those who don’t show kindness to us, is to be preferred to arguing, and it takes effort. Come listen and hear how to actually make the effort to be kind so that “As we breathe, we are more kind.”
