Interpersonal Communication - Part 1

This is the first of a series in which we discuss practical communication skills. When many couples seek help with their relationship, a common statement is that, "We just don't communicate." We have found that more times than not, that statement is not true. What they don't do is communicate well. Join us as we discuss the importance of seeking to understand first rather than be understood and that our expectations going into a time of sharing can often color how we interact.
